The Company is also an AP of Zerodha Broking Limited (SEBI: INZ000031633) and holds APMI Registration (APRN01657) for PMS distribution. We are NOT a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser. Any information provided is general in nature.

Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for: (a) Providing accurate information; (b) Completing KYC; (c) Reading all scheme documents before investing; (d) Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials; (e) Reporting unauthorized access immediately; (f) Informing us of changes in personal details or risk appetite.

No Guaranteed Returns
Mutual fund, SIF, securities market, and PMS investments are subject to market risks. The Company does not guarantee any returns or capital protection. Past performance is not indicative of future returns.

Commission & Fees
We receive trail commission from AMCs for distributing Regular Plan mutual fund and SIF schemes. This commission is part of the scheme’s Base Expense Ratio (BER) and does not increase your investment cost. No separate fee is charged to investors. Commission details are on our Commission Disclosure page. Stock broking charges are governed by Zerodha Broking Limited’s policies. Transactions are processed via the NSE MF Invest Platform (For MF & SIF).

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy and DPDPA 2023. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing.
